Our memberships are billed annually, if you are unhappy with your membership you may request a refund within 30 days of signing up. Your membership amount will be refunded fully and will take 7-10 business days to appear on your statement. To request a refund please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Your membership is valid for one year from the date of signing up and will renew automatically according to your selected Annual/Monthly billing method. If you do not wish to have your membership renew automatically, Please contact email@example.com to disable your subscription. In case your card has been charged, the amount charged will be fully refunded and will take 7-10 business days to appear on your statement.
We are working to add features to the website that would enable members to manage their subscriptions directly.
