REFUND POLICY

If you are unsatisfied with our services and would like to request a refund, we are happy to accommodate you.

MEMBERSHIPS

Our memberships are billed annually, if you are unhappy with your membership you may request a refund within 30 days of signing up. Your membership amount will be refunded fully and will take 7-10 business days to appear on your statement. To request a refund please contact tess@folioseattle.org.

AUTOMATIC RENEWALS

Your membership is valid for one year from the date of signing up and will renew automatically according to your selected Annual/Monthly billing method. If you do not wish to have your membership renew automatically, Please contact tess@folioseattle.org to disable your subscription. In case your card has been charged, the amount charged will be fully refunded and will take 7-10 business days to appear on your statement. 

We are working to add features to the website that would enable members to manage their subscriptions directly. 

PROGRAMS & EVENTS

If you no longer wish to or unable to attend an event contact tess@folioseattle.org to receive a refund.  Please allow 7-10 business days for the amount to appear on your statement.
