If you are unsatisfied with our services and would like to request a refund, we are happy to accommodate you.

MEMBERSHIP​

Membership is billed annually. If you are unhappy with your membership you can contact us to request a refund within 30 days of signing up. Please allow 7-10 business days to appear on your statement.

RENEWAL & CANCELLATION

​

Your membership is valid for one year from the date of signing up and will renew automatically according to your selected Annual/Monthly billing method. You can manage your membership and payment method anytime by logging in to the Member Portal.

PROGRAMS & EVENTS​

If you no longer wish to or unable to attend a ticketed event, please contact us to request a refund. 

Kindly allow 7-10 business days for the amount to appear on your statement. ​​
