Rent The Library
With three rooms and the entire library available for rental events, Folio can accommodate groups ranging from 8-200 people. Stacking chairs for large events, tables for food and display, and a kitchenette with a sink and refrigerator are included with all rentals. Our sound system, screen, projector and piano can be added to your rental as needed.
Folio staff will be available to help. We will be the first ones in and the last ones to leave the building, ensuring the safety and security of all guests. We will be available to provide direction to your staff for loading in and setting up.
Northwest Room
The Northwest Room is available for individual and institutional members and can accommodate up to 12 people. With beautiful views of Elliott Bay, Pike Place Secret Garden and the Wheel, this space is perfect for intimate conversations & meetings.
Member rate: $30 per hour
Seattle Room
The Seattle Room is home to Folio's concerts and author events. With a capacity of up to 90 standing, A/V, screen, and piano, this space is ideal for book launches, celebrations, networking events, concerts and readings.
Member rate: $150 per hour
General rate $200 per hour
Seattle and Elliott Bay Rooms
With beautiful views of Elliott Bay and all the perks of the Seattle room, the combined rooms are perfect for private events, receptions and auctions. The combined rooms accommodate up to 120 people.
Member rate: $175 per hour
General rate $250 per hour
