Rucker’s background spans entrepreneurship, facilitative meditation, and over 15 years in environmental and climate planning. She chaired Harvard’s Signet Society of Arts and Letters Alumni Board, served on the Leadership Committee for Sierra Club Inspiring Connections Outdoors, and holds a MA in City and Regional Planning from University of California, Berkeley and a BA in English Literature from Harvard. Rucker has led data‑driven, equity‑centered projects at both startups and Fortune 500 firms, influencing water and land resilience strategies in the US and Latin America. When she’s not working, you can find her walking—sometimes across entire countries—exploring the world one step and story at a time.
