The Northwest Room is available for individual and institutional members and can accommodate up to 1 people. With beautiful views of Elliott Bay, Pike Place Secret Garden and the Wheel, this space is perfect for intimate member conversations & meetings.
Rental Terms & Conditions
Booking & Payment: Venue rentals are booked online and require approval by Folio staff. Once approved, you will receive an invoice with a secure link to pay in full. Payment must be completed before your event date. Rental time is charged by the hour and includes all time in and out (setup, event, and cleanup). A/V Equipment:Folio has an A/V system available upon request. Use must be confirmed at the time of booking and is subject to availability. Folio staff are responsible for setup and operation. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to rentals@folioseattle.org. Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the event are fully refunded. Cancellations within 72 hours of the event incur a $100 fee withheld from the refund. Folio reserves the right to reschedule a rental due to scheduling conflicts with as much advance notice as possible. The client is responsible for the conduct of all guests and the content of the event. Events may not include: Speech or activities that incite violence, hatred, or discrimination Graphic, obscene, or exploitative content Weapons, illegal substances, or hazardous materials Full nudity or simulated sexual acts. Any conduct that creates a hostile or unsafe environment. Folio may cancel events that violate these standards without refund. Venue Rules: No smoking anywhere on the premises. Attendance must not exceed the agreed capacity per fire code. Furniture may not be moved without prior written approval. Decorations must be approved in advance. Nothing may be attached to walls or surfaces using tape, nails, stickers, or staples. Confetti, glitter, rice, birdseed, and open flames (candles, incense, sparklers) are prohibited. Sound levels must not disturb neighboring spaces or other Folio activities.
