About the Event

Folio: The Seattle Athenaeum is delighted to welcome back author Jess Walter for his first writing masterclass at Folio, as part of this year's NEA Big Read.


In this 90-minute class, we will explore the use of Setting, and its counterpart, Time, to bring your writing to life. The class will feature examples, writing prompts for your projects, and plenty of time for questions and answers. Writers of all levels are welcome to attend.
