Experience the restorative journey of a sound bath as Kate of Resonate with Kate guides you through an immersive soundscape of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes and other soothing instruments to help quiet the mind, release tension, and bring the nervous system into a state of rest.

This community gathering offers a gentle way to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and return to a sense of calm; no meditation experience is required.
