Join Folio: The Seattle Athenaeum and Town Hall Seattle in welcoming Dr. Audrey Whitty, Director of the National Library of Ireland and Hibsen as we launch our inaugural Irish Arts & Literature Showcase. Dr. Whitty will be in conversation with local poet and University of Washington Teaching Professor Frances McCue and will be followed by a musical selection from Hibsen featuring Grainne Hunt.

Dr Audrey Whitty, a curator, art historian, and archaeologist, is the Director of the National Library of Ireland (from February 2023). She was previously the Deputy Director of the National Museum of Ireland (NMI) as well as Head of Collections and Learning at the NMI.
