About the Event

Storyteller Merna Ann Hecht and cellist Michelle Dodson return to Folio’s haunted halls for an evening of darkly moody music and ghostly tales. Michelle’s somber cello tones set the scene for chilling tales including ghostly revenge from a Japanese story and a tale of greed and evil intent from the Caucus with other screeches and wild rides. Come prepared to celebrate Halloween in its ancient traditions with tales and music from the darkest other worldly hours. A program for those who dare—adults and anyone else ages eleven and older.  


Merna Ann Hecht, is a poet, teaching artist, essayist and nationally known storyteller. Her extensive classroom experience ranges from young children all the way through her teaching at UW, Tacoma.
