Nicole has 20+ years of international experience in marketing strategy, including brand positioning, target audience identification, data analytics, and integrated campaigns to enhance awareness and drive customer acquisition and retention. She’s worked with Microsoft, HSBC, Hyatt International, and other organizations and brings her expertise in customer journey mapping, automation, fundraising, community outreach, and loyalty marketing strategies.
A fierce advocate for creative expression and diversity, equity, inclusion (DEI), and belonging, Nicole is deeply committed to using her marketing acumen to impact the world positively. Nicole enjoys her two book clubs and hiking with her husband and their dog, Tasman.
