Folio has several rooms available to rent for many kinds of events. We can accommodate groups ranging from 8-200 people. Whether you're hosting a book club, meeting, conference, or reception, Folio is a fantastic option to make your event a memorable experience. 

Folio has stacking chairs for large events, tables for food and display, and a kitchenette with a sink and refrigerator.

Baldwin baby grand piano: $100

Microphones and audio set-up: $35

NorthWest Room

MEMBERS ONLY

RATE: Minimum $50 (2 hours). Every additional hour is $20.

 

This meeting space is for small groups (up to 12 people), and not available as individual work space.
 

Seattle Room

MEMBER RATE: $110/hour

NON-MEMBER RATE: $150/hour

CAPACITY: 100 standing | 85 seated

EVENINGS: 3 hour minimum. WEEKENDS: 4 hour minimum.​​

Time charge is based on time in and time out (including event and/or catering set up and clean up.)

Elliot Bay Room

MEMBER RATE: $75/hour

NON-MEMBER RATE: $125/hour

CAPACITY: 35 standing | 25 seated

EVENINGS: 3 hour minimum. WEEKENDS: 4 hour minimum.​​

Time charge is based on time in and time out (including event and/or catering set up and clean up.)

Seattle and Elliot Rooms

MEMBER RATE: $175/hour

NON-MEMBER RATE: $225/hour

CAPACITY: 150

EVENINGS: 3 hour minimum. WEEKENDS: 4 hour minimum.​​

MEMBER RATE: $240/hour

NON-MEMBER RATE: $300/hour

CAPACITY: 200
